What cookies do
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember a choice or support site operation. This static website uses a preference record so the cookie banner does not appear after a valid choice. Optional categories are presented for clarity and are not connected to an analytics or advertising provider in this demonstration.
Categories
| Category | Purpose | Example | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Core site operation | Cookie preference | Session / persistent |
| Analytics | Usage analysis | Analytics identifier | Varies |
| Functional | Remember preferences | Display preferences | Varies |
Your choices
Select “Accept All”, “Reject Non-Essential” or “Preferences” in the banner. Preferences allows optional categories to be selected before saving. Essential storage cannot be disabled through the site because it supports the preference decision and basic operation.
Browser controls
You can delete or block cookies through browser settings. In Chrome, open Settings, Privacy and security, then Cookies and other site data. In Firefox, open Settings, Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data. In Safari, open Settings or Preferences, choose Privacy, and manage website data. In Edge, open Settings, Cookies and site permissions, then Manage and delete cookies. Menus vary by browser version, so consult the browser provider if needed.
Blocking storage may cause the banner to return or may affect saved preferences. Private browsing modes usually remove local data when the window closes.
Third parties
If analytics, embedded media, maps or other third-party technologies are added later, their cookies and purposes should be reviewed and this policy updated. Third-party providers may have their own notices and controls. The current location block on the contact page is a static visual element and does not connect to a mapping service.
