Website use
These terms apply to the vistastemposcout.baby website operated by Vistastempo Scout Operations Ltd, company number 14839271, 18 Calder Row, London SE1 3QY, United Kingdom. You may browse the site for lawful business and information purposes. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, scrape it in a way that harms operation, or use content to mislead others.
Service information
Service pages describe possible operational support for installation, preparation, display setup, changeovers and planning. They are not a quotation, scope of works or acceptance of an instruction. A binding engagement requires a separate written agreement identifying the parties, site, scope, timing, fees, responsibilities and applicable conditions.
User obligations
When sending an enquiry, provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not submit confidential material unless its sharing is appropriate. You remain responsible for permissions, access, insurance, lender instructions, structural approvals and other matters belonging to the venue or commissioning party.
Intellectual property
Website text, layouts, marks, diagrams and original design elements belong to the company or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation. Reproduction, resale, automated copying or adaptation requires prior permission.
Editorial information and limitations
Content is general operational information. It does not provide conservation, engineering, electrical, legal, insurance or safety advice. Artwork information supplied by a user, lender or venue should be checked against the authoritative source. No particular mounting method, result, timing or suitability is promised by a general service description.
Third-party websites
Links to email systems, hosting services or other websites may be provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content, availability, privacy practices or security. Visiting an external site is your responsibility.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud or deliberate misconduct. Any service liability will be addressed in the relevant written engagement.
Termination and changes
Access may be suspended where necessary for security, maintenance or misuse. We may update these terms and will publish the revised version on this page. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
Law and disputes
These terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Parties should first try to resolve a dispute through written discussion. Nothing prevents a party from seeking urgent legal relief or using a mandatory consumer process.
